Oil leak

My oil leak problem appears to stem from two sources. First, there was leakage past the RSR oil seal on the one rocker shaft. Second, there appears to be blow-by on a couple of head-cylinder places. I wonder if these should have been lapped or maybe I should have re-torqued the heads after the motor had been run in.
